Play Pause Options

How Play Pause Works

Play pause provides a longer and more comprehensive restriction. It cannot be canceled or altered until the selected period has fully elapsed.

  • Minimum duration: 6 months
  • Longer periods may be requested
  • A formal written request is required

We will make every reasonable effort to block access to your account for the duration of the play pause. However, we cannot guarantee that the restriction will be completely fail-proof.

Your cooperation is essential. Please do not attempt to bypass the restriction by creating new accounts or using alternative credentials.

During play pause:

  • No daily logins or star rewards will accrue
  • No points will be stored or credited

  • Your account remains inactive during all restriction periods.

  • No refunds or transfers are allowed during these periods.
